Actually using pseudocoding

Hello there! Thanks to a wise chat I had with my brother I finnally decided to use pseudocoding. My code was getting exponentially more messed up because my standards and formatting were subtly changing and now I need to be more careful on how I manage it.
So before trying to implement a new AI for the opponent paddle directly I will write it in pseudocode first and see how I will implement it with GDscript at the end. I chose a model that will be interesting for gradual updates. I will try to launch first an "easy difficulty" AI and update by update I will be doing the "hard difficulty" one instead of a single update.
